Describe your workout with the activity type (core training, running, jump rope, boxing, cycling, cardio training, swimming, elliptical, kick boxing, martial arts, cross training) and the location (indoor or outdoor). These informations are used to compute precisely the energy burned.

name

Give a name to your workout. You can use it when starting a workout with Siri.

warming

Define the duration of warming.

intervals

Define the number of intervals (from 1 to 99).

duration

Define the length of the intervals.

high intensity

Define a high intensity period in each interval with the duration and if you want it at the beginning or the end of each interval.

rest

Define a rest period between each interval.
